Inside the Temenos Office
A SAFE SPACE FOR DEEP HEALING

About Our Office

Finding the right environment for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy matters as much as the therapy itself. At Temenos Center for Integrative Psychology in Petaluma, CA, every detail of the space has been designed with one thing in mind: your safety, comfort, and healing.

The name says it all — temenos is an ancient Greek word meaning "sacred space," a refuge for healing and reflection. That intention is woven into every corner of the office at 135 Keller Street, where clients are welcomed into a calm, private setting. Here, you are free to go inward, to be fully yourself, and to do the kind of deep work that lasting transformation requires.

With expert clinicians guiding each session, the Temenos experience is as much about the container as it is about the medicine — because true healing only happens when you feel genuinely safe.

EXPERT INTERDISCIPLINARY CARE

About Our Team

Healing at this depth requires more than clinical expertise — it requires the right people. At Temenos Center for Integrative Psychology, our team brings together physicians, licensed therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and registered nurses, all united by a shared belief in the body's innate capacity to heal and a deep respect for each client's unique journey.

Our clinicians are trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and a range of integrative modalities that honor the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

What sets our team apart is not just their credentials — it's their humanity. From our CEO and founding therapist Dr. Jenny Palmiotto to our nurses, social workers, and psychologists, every member of the Temenos team shows up with humility, compassion, and a genuine commitment to walking alongside you as you heal.

We are honored to serve the Petaluma community, Sonoma County, and the broader North Bay — and we are honored to meet you exactly where you are.

CEO & Practicing LMFT

Dr. Jenny Palmiotto

Hi, I’m Dr. Jenny Palmiotto, and it’s my privilege to lead the Temenos Center for Integrative Psychology as CEO and practicing therapist.

My “why” has always been to help people live fuller, more connected lives. At Temenos, I’m committed to providing transformative mental health care for the Petaluma community, Sonoma County, and the North Bay.

Born and raised in Santa Rosa, I feel a deep connection to this region and the people who call it home. Over my years as a licensed therapist, I’ve worked to create spaces where healing feels not only possible but deeply personal. My focus is on helping individuals, couples, and families heal through Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, trauma-informed care, and holistic approaches that honor each person’s unique journey.

Before joining Temenos, I founded The Family Guidance and Therapy Center, where I developed innovative mental health care models that challenge tradition and focus on authenticity and belonging. I’m also the founder of Love & Autism, a movement dedicated to shifting societal perceptions of neurodiversity.

At Temenos, I’m inspired every day by the courage of our clients and the dedication of our team. Together, we’re building a sanctuary where people can feel seen, valued, and supported as they grow into their most authentic selves. Whether you’re seeking healing, transformation, or simply a place to begin, I’m honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

Dr. Lisa Moran

I am delighted and honored to have the opportunity to participate in the beautiful work that manifests at Temenos. My experiences with meditation, teaching mindfulness practices, somatic work, and integrative medicine have shown me that our mind-body-spirit naturally seeks healing and wholeness. I'm a graduate of the CIIS certificate program for psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and research, and as a well-trained psychiatrist, I am also quite aware of the limitations of modern western psychiatry, as well as its necessary role in supporting psychedelic-assisted therapies. It is a gift to be able to assist people in reconnecting with their inner healing wisdom and a joy to witness that truly sacred process.

Loretta Wilson

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide both medical care and therapeutic support in guided ketamine-assisted therapy sessions at Temenos. My integrative practice has been inspired and shaped not only by completing my NP training at Vanderbilt University, but also through training and service at the Zen Hospice Project, CIIS, and Upaya Zen Center. I have worked in mental health clinics, emergency rooms, hospital-based palliative care teams, and private practice, and I helped launch and maintain the Kaiser Permanente Ketamine Clinic in San Francisco.

My goal is to offer a calm, grounded presence and to work alongside you as you explore new ways of healing and reconnecting with yourself. Before becoming a clinician, I worked in the creative world as a film director and photographer, and that part of my background continues to shape how I show up—with curiosity and respect for the story each person brings.

PhD

Dr. Jessica Hobson

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience, specializing in neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care for individuals and families. I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1), and I integrate these modalities into my work, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) through both psycholytic sessions and preparation and integration support. As the Clinical Director of the Family Guidance and Therapy Center in Petaluma, I bring a depth of clinical experience grounded in compassionate, individualized care.

I hold a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).

In my work with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, I draw on the ways ketamine can increase openness, soften protective patterns, and create a window for meaningful therapeutic change. Within this space, EMDR can support the reprocessing of difficult experiences, while IFS helps clients connect with and care for the parts of themselves that carry pain, protection, or burden. Low-dose (psycholytic) ketamine can further support this process by allowing clients to remain present and engaged while accessing deeper emotional material.

I also bring a parenting-focused lens to this work, supporting caregivers—especially those raising neurodiverse children—in understanding and tending to the internal experiences that arise in parenting.

I incorporate mindfulness, polyvagal-informed approaches, and Sand Tray therapy as supportive, adjunctive tools for integration and meaning-making.

It is my privilege to accompany clients through periods of change and healing. I approach this work with curiosity, respect for each person’s inner wisdom, and a deep belief in the capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation.

LCSW

Jacqueline Smith

As a Clinical Social Worker, I support individuals in their pursuit of mental wellness through individual counseling and group work. I have worked as a social worker in Sonoma County for 25 years and have developed a comprehensive skill set to support my clients.

Most recently, my role as a Palliative LCSW has provided me the privilege of supporting patients and their families through the complexities of chronic illness and wellness.  My focus with clients often includes the use of the Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) frameworks. This approach gracefully includes the social, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and biological parts of each person. When there is imbalance between these parts, we often suffer, and when we find a balance, we can thrive.  I have interwoven many years of training and professional and personal experiences into a unique clinical toolbox. I work collaboratively with my clients to move toward wellness, with a deep trust in each person's innate ability to heal. The use of psychedelic-assisted therapies helps to guide individuals to an inner wisdom that can enhance their ability to move toward deep healing and mental wellness.

My personal and professional goals align in the pursuit to embrace balance, acceptance, compassion, creativity, empowerment, humor, and love in the world we live in.  I am honored and privileged to be supporting others in their healing experience at Temenos.
